In 2012, I launched a nationwide crowdfunding platform and managed it until 2018. As its founder, I personally consulted many of the campaigns launched, ensuring that thousands of founders raised millions of dollars. I also have 9 years of online marketing working with top startups. I spent thousands of hours coaching crowdfunders. Every day, I talked with new visionaries, helping them craft compelling and successful campaigns and designing tools to help ease the process. I speak fluent “crowdfunding” and have been featured by outlets like Forbes, Bloomberg, and more. I even built the world’s first crowdfunding-bot, named SonyaBot, that earned the press’s attention and praise. In fact, I’ve been lecturing about crowdfunding for years: offering courses and workshops, advising students in universities, startup accelerators, and leading workshops at Google Campus. As one of the earliest writers on the subject of crowdfunding, my articles have been published throughout the web.
